Villa Milele​

Private villa in Diani Beach Kenya

Villa Milele is a private Villa centrally situated in Diani Beach.

It is located in a private compound (1/4 acre),

only 750m from the white sandy beaches of the Indian Ocean.

The Villa can accomodate up to 7 people, it is 170m2.

In addition there are two large verandas (27 & 29 m2)

There is also a large roof-top terrace (75m2)

The Villa is located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood.

It is close to Diani Beach shopping centre, and not far from

Sunrise cottages and Diani Paradise Villas

Security: It is fenced with brickwall, and electric security fence with siren.

2 alarm buttons and two remote alarm are installed in the Villa, and it is connected directely to G4S security company. These alarm buttons can also be used in medical emergencies.

There is a Caretaker during daytime and a securityguard/askari patrolling the compound at night.

  • Three bedrooms upstairs,(Two bedrooms ensuite)
    one with a big balcony (29squaremeters)

  • One bed with connecting bathroom on ground floor

    (can be divided from the kitchen/livingroom with removable espaliers, suitable for persons with reduced mobility)

  • Big roof-top terrace 75 square meters

  • Security alarm in all 3 bedrooms upstairs,

    and on groundfloor.

  • Aircondition in all 3 bedrooms

  • Mosquito net on all beds

  • Wireless internet connection

  • Laundry with washing machine and iron.

  • Private swimmingpool with sunbeds.

    The swimmingpool is approx. 5 x 10 meters, and is 1,70 deep.

  • Modern, fully equipped kitchen with:

    *Gas/electricity cooker

    *Microwave oven

    *Big fridge/deepfreezer, with icecube maker connected to a waterpurifying systen.

    *Dishwasher.

Supermarket, pharmacy, bank, etc is located down the road from the villa , only 400 meters away ( Diani Beach shoppingcentre)   

The Villa can accomodate 6-7 persons.

Ground floor is suitable for persons with redused mobility

(ground floor, entrance and pathways to garden have no steps).

Towels and linen are provided.

Cleaning every day , and change of bedsheets/linen every 3rd day.

We can make arrangements for transport from/to airport and safari in nearby national parks.

Nearest international airport is Mombasa airport (approx. 50 mins away) and there is a smaller airport in Diani beach.
